League Registrations Officer Audit

During a transfer it is not possible to see the history of the original registration details i.e who submitted, consent info etc. It would be really useful to be able to see a detailed registration history log for the player so that we can see events and help us resolve issues. This is especially useful when an approaching club is contesting if it is a transfer as the player may have been registered by the other club without consent.

It would also be useful for consent option to record what id was obtained for id.
