Add sort options to the top of each column for both Suspensions and Red/Yellow Cards with the Discipline tab to make it easier to find data

I agree, instead of scrolling through checking for for non invoiced cases (yellow & red cards)as a starting reference to contact teams is needed to speed up the process. Notifications are going out to primary contacts yet from Club Portal and teams will be sine die if they are lax checking. Reminders were sent out prior to the season starting and will be again.
Can we filter types of status and if the club is in danger of being reprimanded?
