Bulk Reject aswell as approve

We operate a transfer/de-registration window and will not accept transfers or de-registrations until 1st October and then ending on 31st March. Clubs still attempt to try and register players that are registered elsewhere or request a cancellation. We would like to be able to bulk reject these and provide a reason as at present it is very time consuming to do so. Alternatively, as part of Registration Requirements prevent clubs from doing cancellations or attempting transfers for a window that we can set.
