Teams - 'No Divsion' in filter

Teams filter for Divisions should include 'No Division' - as we had in WGS - so we can easily spot any new teams that have appeared which we need to add to a division.

That would really help, rather than scrolling through 250 entries trying to spot the ones not added to a division.

Yes; shouldn't really have been lost in the transition from WGS. Not having it now is adding on loads of time and clicks. Hopefully it can be reinstated ASAP.
