Competition Portal Pending Action Filters Additions

Would you please be able to add the following filters which immensely help our registration process. 1. Able to filter by "Team" not just club on the pending actions. 2. Able to filter by "date submitted" on pending actions. This would help hugely please, especially the team filter.
