Create an option to make Full Postal Address mandatory

One of requirements of our league is that players must provide a Full Postal address when they register with the league.  IN the previous, and new system this was not enforced so you only needed to provide a post code. Could the option to make Full postal address compulsory be added to League requirements similar to ticking whether photo id is required etc.
