Recording wildcard Postponements

Suggested Full-Time Feature Request

I would like to request an improvement to the postponement reason options in Full-Time.

A growing number of grassroots leagues use a wildcard system, where each club is allowed one discretionary postponement per season for emergencies or exceptional circumstances. At present, the only practical way to record this in Full-Time appears to be to select Other and add the details in the notes field.

However, the notes field does not appear to be included in the postponement download/export. This makes it difficult for leagues to maintain a reliable audit trail of which club used its wildcard, particularly where the home and away teams may both be eligible to request one.

It would be very useful if Full-Time either:

1. allowed leagues to create their own custom postponement reasons, or
2. added standard postponement reasons such as:

•  Wildcard — Home Team
•  Wildcard — Away Tea

This would help leagues administer wildcard rules fairly and consistently, especially as the system is now used by a number of leagues across the country. It would also make the postponement export much more useful for reporting, audit purposes, and end-of-season reviews.

Ideally, any custom or wildcard postponement reason should be included in the downloadable postponement report, so that league officers can track usage without relying on separate manual records.
