Divisional Administration - Full Time Permissions

Individuals added as Divisional Administrators - for example  to all U12 Divisions. The individual can only see the results and check team sheets for those that they have been added to however, the permissions for fixtures gives permission to create/delete fixtures for ALL Age groups - the same permissions as fixture secretary.  Why have the ability to add to individual groups/divisions if the person can create/delete for other age groups.

Enhancement needed. Fixtures Secretary - create & delete for all age groups. Divisional Administrators create & delete for their allocated divisions only.
