Stop truncating team names from Portal > Full-Time

We have clubs whereby their name is verging on 40 characters.

e.g. Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers F.C. - 34 characters.

By the time you put an age group an a space, you are at 38 characters

e.g. Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers F.C. U10

Then when you want to add an identifier, you are at another space, and have 1 characters left.

e.g. Dussindale & Hellesdon Rovers F.C. U10 Lions the ions is cut off on Full-Time.

Competitions/Club Portal accepts a full name, these need to be moved over to Full-Time as the full name.

We have some clubs with even longer names now, and managing these on Full-Time is becoming very difficult.
