Reinstate the 'All' option for viewing list of fixtures (and results)

With the latest FT makeover – the ‘All’ option when viewing fixtures in the public view seems to have gone. It appears that you have to tab between ‘pages’ and can no longer select ‘All’ to view as one long list (assuming there were no more than 8 pages) like you used to be able to.

This also means it is no longer possible to copy and paste a full set of Club fixtures straight from public FT into Excel.

Can this be reinstated?
