Step 1. Sign into Clubs Portal and click on the 'Accredited' tab.
Step 2. Beneath the Accreditation Checklist are four tabs - please click on the tab to view the criteria within it. You can return to the checklist at any time by using the 'return to checklist' button:
Step 3. Sections with an 'Incomplete" will show what you need to action. Click 'View' and this will show the requirements.
Tip: Use the dropdown arrows to see exactly what is missing
Step 4. Make sure all the criteria is met

Step 5. Some sections will have the option to add a comment if you are unable to meet the criteria. This will allow you to provide further information to your County FA on your plans for this area.
Step 6. An example of a section which may ask to share information on what would be the Player Pathways:
Please note: In regards to the player pathways tab: If you are a 1* club with at least one team playing in a league, no action will be required.
If, you do not have a team playing in a league but are planning to join one, provide Information which will allow you to write a comment that will go to your County FA.
Step 7. When all sections of the dashboard are complete, the button will be available for you to submit for renewal. If your club is meeting the criteria, when you submit for renewal, your Accreditation will automatically renew. If you have had to provide any comments or declarations, this will go to your County FA for review. The deadline for Accreditation renewal to be submitted is the 10th March 2024.
If you have provided more information for your County FA, then your application will be pending a review before it is either approved or rejected by your County FA.
Please note: If your County FA does not need to review your application, you will be automatically renewed
