Adding a Team Official

Only Club Officials with the relevant permissions can add Team Officials

To add a Team Official, ensure you're in your club tab and click on your Team Officials option in the left-hand menu 


Click the blue "Add Official" button  



You can then search for the individual by entering their FAN or Full Name & Date of Birth. You can also search by post code, but we recommend leaving it blank to get the best search results. 


Once the individual shows, tick the box by their name to confirm you wish to add them to a team role, select the team that you would like to add them to (the list will include all teams that are affiliated within the club at that time)the role you wish to add them to and finally, the start date. This can be backdated if required. Click Ok to add the individual into the role 


The following roles are available to select: - 



Coach (asst)* 

County Cup Email Contact 

County Cup SMS Contact 


Emergency Contact 

First Aider** 

GK Coach* 


Manager (asst)* 

Physical Performance Coach* 


Team Captain 

Team Secretary 


*The individual will need a completed Level 1 in Coaching Football, in-date DBS (if working with children under 18 years of age), FA First Aid, Safeguarding Children 





 If you need to remove the role at any time, then simply select the X next to the relevant individual  




Enter the date you wish to remove them from, followed by OK
