If a players stats are incorrect on an e-mail then you should:
1. Login to FA Full-Time > Go to your relevant fixture and ensure the stats are showing correctly.
2. If the stats are correct in Full-Time, take a screenshot of the match stats in Full-Time and send it into grassrootstechnology@thefa.com who should be able to assist.
