Chat function enhancement

I noticed the team chat function is pending for youth teams, it looks like we are not able to message/chat with individual players parents/guardians.  The info I've seen so far says min of 1 official + 4 player parent/guardians

It would be great if we could  talk to just one players parent/ guardian so that we can chase individuals to action things like match & training availability .   This would stop others getting unnecessary/irrelevant (to them) messages 

Would be really great if we could upload documents to these chats to share with the team.  For example, if we are attending a tournament we often have rules, directions to the location & general information that we like to share with the team before the day.
