Payments system without online payments

As a team and club official we would love to see updates to the payments system so clubs are allowed to have payments but not have to have online payments. The main reason for this as our club doesn't run a central account due to have 10+ teams and the online payments system doesn't allow for teams to set up individual accounts. The payments helps team's, club officials and parents stay up to date with payments. Would also help to be able to setup payments for adhoc thing such as team social events or tickets.
