Allow substitutions to be made during half time on the app

At half time in the live updates on the app, once the first half finishes, the option to make subs is locked until you start the second half.

Could this be unlocked allowing managers to make the subs during half time, the time of substitution should be the start time of the second half by default, and also I've raised it separately, but if you could make multiple subs in one go it would be really helpful so possibly join these two request up into the same release if they are approved :o)
