Backdate Payments for Pay as you Play
Occasionally a fault with the app means the pay as you play settings I have incorporated for the season are lost and we have no way of charging for matches played over the weekend this occurs.
This happened when I had 90% of my 18 teams playing and on submission of the reports from the coaches no fees applied. On looking at the backend, the pay as you play set-ups were lost, meaning I could not charge for any of these games via the App.
This caused me having to get team sheets from the coaches, find the parents email and send payment requests via PayPal, taking up numerous hours of my already busy volunteer schedule.
Being able to go back to previous fixtures where a payment plan had not been implemented would be extremely useful moving forward.
