Process for duplicated emails

This email is shared on multiple accounts

  1. Remove Email address from WGS & CAS
  2. Go back to customer and ask to reset password
  3. IF Shared email message still appears and no email comes up under Advanced Find on CRM, put onto Onside Spreadsheet
  4. Once additional FAN’s have been found on Onside, remove them from CAS
  5. Go back to customer asking them to reset their password using:
