Viewing Participants

Hopefully, lots of participants are going to book onto your weekly football sessions so you can have the best event possible. But, you need to be aware of anything they may want or certain things that they require - whether that be before, during, or after a session. Therefore, you have the ability to view various details about the people coming to your sessions and appropriately accommodate for their needs.

You can view your participant list and the number of people who have booked onto a particular session by firstly heading to the 'Sessions' tab on the menu to the left of the screen, and then choosing the particular session which you want to view.

When you have chosen the session you want to look at, you need to switch from the 'Details' tab to the 'Participants' tab at the top. The lists are split into left and right columns respectively. A quick and visible summary of session numbers is shown at the top for you too.

The page will show the participant details, including a list of all those who you have marked as attended the session and those who you marked as haven't attended the session (if you're viewing a past session) - or those who are booked onto the session and those who are not but may have been booked onto a previous or upcoming session (if you're viewing a future session).

On top of this, you can view the necessary information about each individual participant if you click on the little note icon next to a participant's name. Likewise, you can see if they have consented to photography permission at your sessions by noticing a camera icon next to their name.

Any medical and accessibility details that might be important and that participants might need to use before, during or after a session will be displayed by clicking the note icon, in addition to the emergency contact details for that person. Parents/guardians will be able to fill this in on a youth's behalf when booking onto sessions if they are under 16.

Once you have viewed any medical details and got back to the session details and your participant list, there is also an 'All Participant Details' button for you to press.

By clicking that, it will open up a new webpage and give you a printable version of the above medical and accessibility requirements for each person, just in case you need to take the details offline.

Please take into consideration the very top and bottom lines of the printable sheet as this is private and confidential information that only needs to be known and applied to the sessions.
