Discipline Notifications

As the person responsible for making sure all payments are made, it seems ridiculous that club treasurers will not receive direct notifications but will have to rely on a third party! Under the whole game system both the secretary and treasurer received such notifications so in my opinion this is yet another backward step from the FA!
