Started/Subs Minimum/Maximum Number per Format/Division

Could we have the option to configure how many players are required for starting a fixture and the allowed number of substitutes when completing a match return? 

eg.

5v5

Minimum 3 starters, maximum 5 subs

7v7 

Minimum 5 starters, maximum 7 subs

11v11

Minimum 7 starters, maximum 5 subs

If number doesn't meet requirements, then the match return is regarded as incomplete.
