DBS Applicant - Assign To Team

Is it possible to make a change to allow DBS Applicants to be assigned to teams whilst still considered an applicant? We have several large clubs that have added individuals to the Clubs Portal as DBS Applicants but when the DBS is completed they then need to go back in to reallocate to specific teams whereas it would be easier for them to be able to do this at the point of adding the official to Clubs Portal and in a large club this can sometimes be lost.
