Bulk email sending through clubs portal

i've had an enquiry from a club in regards to exporting parent email addresses to send bulk emails from the clubs portal. obviously you can export player information as a report however they have asked whether there is (or could be) a feature where they can "select all" and send an email straight away rather than through the managers?
