Player Notifications

Can there be some form of notification (email, within Portal) when a registered player is registered by another Club in another League?
Wingrave recently had a player registered by a Step 4 Club, which meant he was no longer eligible for their Non-NLS League. They received no notification about this and only picked it up through spotting the shield in Portal showing the player had additional Teams.
Agreed we just had one like this where a Player signed up for a JPL team and the manager didn't find out until too late for a match at the weekend.
