1. Enhancement - Template wording for charges to be updated to take into account merging of NLS/outside NLS/Youth in sanction guidelines - Due end of August. Workaround: Manually amend wording to match sanction guidelines 

2. Suspension matches not showing in County Portal under offer when offer accepted  - Fix due end of August

3. Enhancement - Template wording for aggravated breaches given increase from 6 to 10 matches - Due end of August. Workaround: Manually amend wording

4. Response date expires at start of response deadline day not end - Fix due mid August. Workaround: Where people wish to accept is to document it, then create charge and second offer, and then enter sanction
